This book aims at providing a brief description of the main groups of arthropods identified in the soil of Douro Demarcated Region vineyards, with reference to the ecosystem services they provide. Besides contributing to the sustainable management of the vineyard ecosystem, some of the reported species are endemic and rare and can, therefore, play a role in enhancing the natural value of Douro viticulture landscape.
